Eddie V's Prime Seafood - Boca Raton: Exquisite Fine Dining Experience

I had an exceptional dining experience at Eddie V's Prime Seafood! The Norwegian salmon was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful char on the outside and a tender, flaky interior. The grilled asparagus was crispy and flavorful, while the creamy mashed potatoes were rich and indulgent. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was upscale yet inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Eddie V's Prime Seafood for a special occasion or a night out with friends. Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes!

My best friend and I were in Boca to see one of our favorite comedians perform. Eddy V’s was right next door to the performing art center so we made dinner reservations prior to the show. The food was great overall. The menu prices are a bit pricey. We had lobster bisque, an arugula salad and shared a crab cake and steak and potatoes with a side of lobster Mac and cheese and string beans. The portions were great and we didn’t finish our food because we were so full. The ambiance was really nice and there were several menu selections. We had a great experience overall!

A solid seafood spot. The Blue Point oysters and the Gulf Shrimp were both fresh. The Yellowtail appetizer had this amazing sauce with it that was spicy and savory. For entrees, I shared the sea scallops with the truffle mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts. Do NOT miss out on the mac and cheese. I normally do not like breadcrumbs on my mac and cheese but it was so delicious that I overlooked it completely. Service was nice too and we had a great time.

I had an amazing experience at Eddie V's! The food was simply insane—every dish was incredibly delicious and generously portioned. Our waitress, Megan, was both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. They treated the birthday girl wonderfully, welcoming her with a lovely birthday card that added a special touch to our celebration. The ambiance was perfect, complemented by a live jazz band that created a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, Eddie V's exceeded all expectations. I can't wait to return!

Review based on multiple visits** I cannot stop coming to Eddie’s! Never disappointed in the presentation, flavor, portions, service or cleanliness of the restaurant. They have excelled in every area -live music every time I’ve been there -tuna appetizer is fantastic (although I’d prefer no cumin in this dish) -salad with a 10oz filet is a good option -I’ve never not ordered the scallops….FANTASTIC! -come ready to eat desserts….don’t miss out on the banana fosters Thank you Eddie’s!

Eddie V’s came highly recommended from a dear friend to celebrate my man’s birthday. We arrived a little before our reservation and that place was packed (with very good reason). It took us maybe 10 mins past our reservation to be seated but that wasn’t a big deal. The atmosphere definitely gives date night / intimate - but families sat comfortably. The drinks were decent not too strong not watered down either. We definitely recommend the With Love, Eddie ! We got the lobster bisque (I wasn’t too crazy about it but it was ok) and a Caesar salad which was really good. Our entree was the ribeye with the chili rub and the sea bass. CHEF’S KISS. We also got the crab fried rice, crab stuffed shrimp, lobster mash, and grilled asparagus - all of it was good but the fried rice is a must try especially with the sea bass. What made the experience AMAZING was our server MARC! I have had great service before but I am lost for words. He took his time and he explained EVERYTHING to us. It was like we were his only customers by the way he was attentive to us (we weren’t his only customers, and I guarantee all his customers felt the way we did). We were on the fence about the With Love, Eddie drink but he explained to us and I think we got our new favorite drink. From beginning to end, we had SUPERB service. If you are in the Boca Raton area, stop by and request to be served by MARC - it makes the Eddie V experience that much better. We visited Eddie V’s in Boca Raton for our anniversary based on a recommendation, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated to top-notch service that made our special night even more memorable. The ambiance was elegant, and the attention to detail from the staff was truly impressive. Every course—from the appetizers to the entrées and desserts—was absolutely phenomenal. The steak, lobster, and salmon were all cooked to perfection—full of flavor and beautifully presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted and delicious. A special shoutout to our server, who was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely celebrated. Their thoughtful service added a personal touch that made the evening even more special. It’s clear that Eddie V’s goes above and beyond to create a great dining experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and can confidently say this will be our new go-to spot for special occasions—or whenever we’re in the mood for exceptional food and service. Ambiance, attentiveness, amazing food! What can I say? Eddie V's in Boca nailed the trifecta! My wife and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and made reservations. They took us in right away to a beautiful table with a wonderful layout and card, wishing us a happy anniversary. Our waiter, Chase, was beyond excellent and demonstrated pure professionalism. This was followed by a management team that ensured we were 100% satisfied with everything. We were absolutely satisfied with everything! We started with the lobster tacos that were super delicious! Then, onto the lobster bisque that not only was silky smooth and tasted wonderful, but the presentation of it was incredible. Our main courses were that of the Salmon and the Gold Waygu. This steak was cooked to perfection and was by far one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! Oh! And my drink of choice was the smoked old fashioned. Another awesome presentation, and the taste and smell of this drink was pure bliss! Please consider this place for your next special event or celebration as it will not disappoint!
